1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times
• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
• Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are verified, packed, and transferred to the carrier within this window.
• In-Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
• Orders $50.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping.
• Orders under $50.00: Flat rate of $4.99 USD.
• All shipping charges are displayed clearly in USD at checkout prior to final payment. There are no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details (USPS / UPS / FedEx). You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page at any time.
